Collection of Bases Order Form:
THIS  IS  NOT  AN  E-COMMERCE  SITE.  You will not be charged for your print until we have received your order form. You will receive a confirmation immediately upon submitting your order.  We will then follow-up within 24 hours with an e-mail and price.  We have 3 options for payments.  We can send a paypal invoice, or you may mail a check to the studio, or you may call with a credit card number.

PAYMENT:  We will contact you via email within 24 hours after receiving your order to confirm the order and provide payment instructions.  Payment is done through Paypal email payments; you will receive an email with all the instructions you need to complete the payment.  You can also pay by check after receiving our confirmation email with the order total.  We are unable to ship orders until full payment has been received
Date Needed:
Orders take 2-3 weeks to complete, and artwork should be requested 3 to 5 days before presentation.
