Date Needed: Orders take 2-3 weeks to complete, and artwork should be requested 3 to 5 days before presentation.	We chose the most popular frame choices for your group. Colors were chosen to match patch and scarf, and/or to best enhance the print. Your print will look just like the photo shown on your organization's page of this site (the mat color, frame, wings, coins and other options). If you would like anything additional (coins, wings, or patch) or would like to make a slight change to the framing options, please indicate below in the additional information section.
Inset Coins: (must supply coin) A coin(s) may be added to any package in the collection. If it is not pictured as one of the options, it (they) can still be added by selecting here. $3.00 each	Wings: Berryhill Art Studio keeps several wings in stock. Wings can only be inserted on the triple mat package. Please choose your specific set of wings. Badges or other inset items must be mailed to the studio.

If you need 4 or more prints, simply submit the order form with the first 3 prints, then go back to the order form and submit the additional orders. The name and address will have to be filled out again.
Payment: We will contact you via email within 24 hours after receiving your order to confirm the order and provide payment instructions. Payment is done through Paypal email payments; you will receive an email with all the instructions you need to complete the payment. You can also pay by check after receiving our confirmation email with the order total. We are unable to ship orders until full payment has been received.
